A man charged with murdering a woman at a BMO branch has been arrested, police said Tuesday.
Authorities in Houston said they arrested 30-year-old Robert J. Wicks in the murder of Mary-Sue Miller, a woman who worked as a pharmacist at the bank.
Miller was killed in January at the Harris Bank branch in Houston, where Wicks worked.
Wicks was arrested on suspicion of murder and conspiracy to commit murder.
He’s being held without bond.
Miller’s family told FOX 5 News they’re thankful for the quick response of police and the FBI in finding Wicks.
The Houston Chronicle reported Tuesday that Miller’s family says the woman was a good mother, a grandmother and loved her grandchildren.
Wick was arrested Tuesday at the airport and is scheduled to appear in court on Sept. 9.
